To summarize:
A man wants to buy an ad during the Superbowl to propose to his girlfriend but can't afford to buy the time. CBS says they might run it for him anyway but they don't.

(Whew...four posts in one day. It's been busy. Making up for time I lost last week where I spent a lot of time reading up on Carthage, the Punic Wars, Hannibal and his dad Hamilcar Barca. Fierce men, fierce times. Fascinating stuff, really. I almost wrote a post on it the other day. Maybe I will one day.)

I saw this. My first thought was "aww, how sweet;" my second, which followed about a split-second later, was, "This has got to be good publicity for Veronica Mars!"
