Laundromat Here I come!

Gah! I blame Hannabanana for this!

I had been reading her Vox for a week or so and was thinking about adding her to my 'hood.
Then on Sunday, she adds me. I didn't even know she knew who  I was.

Also on Sunday my washing machine suddenly stops working.

Coincidence? I think not.

Why do I blame Hannabanana?

Well she had a broken washing machine that I had read about on her blog and I think her bad luck carried over to me. I have no direct evidence of this but I will insist it is her fault.

Unlike her situation where the washer was fixable, mine isn't.

The repair man came out today and after 2 (two) seconds of hearing the noise it was making he declared it dead.
He took it apart any way and showed me why it was broken and explained that it has been broken for a long time and that the extraordinarily loud sound it had been making since I've had it was a warning sign of it's impending doom.

I just thought it was a really loud washer.

So now we've got to buy a new washer. I'm tempted to buy a new washer dryer combo deal. I've got to ReFi the house I'm living in in the next few months before we move out and rent it out. Why not just put that cost in the ReFi amount, right?
